Anti-Covid rules: until new notice, participants must present one of the following:

We cannot hold the tour for late arrivals, it would be disrespectful to other guests. If you need further info, contact us in advance, and not at the last minute. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Arrive at the check-in time (or a few minutes earlier), is the best way to start to enjoy your experience, maintaining the good mood of the group!

HOW TO GET THERE:
By taxi:
Ask the driver to bring you directly to PIAZZALE MONTELUNGO (NOT Piazzale Michelangelo)Please note: if you need to use a taxi to reach the meeting point, reserve it in advance, to be sure about the availability.
By walk from the Florence SMN Train Station:
Leave the Train Station on your left, and walk towards Valfonda street.
At the end of the street, go to the traffic light (on your left) and cross the street (Filippo Strozzi street).
Walk left till the corner, then turn right and go straight for approx. 100 meters (110 yards).
There is a parking lot in front of you; opposite to it on the left side of the street, close to the highest red-brick building, see the meeting point.
!! WARNING !! If you use Google Maps to go by walk, do not follow the itinerary from inside the train station.

HOW TO RECOGNIZE YOUR GUIDE:
Look for the PRESTIGE RENT logo, it could be a red flag or a sign or the check-in table.

RETURN TIME:
The tour ends at 5:00pm (approx.).
If you reserve other activities, train tickets, restaurants, etc., allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, unforeseen circumstances, etc.

WEATHER:
This tour runs rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

LUGGAGE
If needed, you can bring your luggage with you and store them on the bus.
