Reinforced Green Pass refers exclusively to a certificate, verifiable using the specific App. that attests to vaccination against Sars-Cov-2 or recovery from Sars-Cov-2.

Equivalent certificate for non-EU countries are exclusively certifications of vaccination issued by the competent foreign national health authorities, provided that the vaccine used has been authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) or is in any case recognized as valid by the Italian Health Authority.

These certificates must contain the following information:identifications data of the holder (name, surname, birth date)vaccine data (name and batch)date of administration of the vaccine details of the State and Health Authority that issued the certificate.

These certificates must be drawn up in at least one of the following languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French or German.

No other certification, of any kind or nature, is permittedIn addition to showing the certificate in digital or paper format, the company staff may also request the visitor’s ID, in order to verify actual ownership.

Meeting instructions: Your driver will be waiting for you on the pier, holding a sign with your name on it. Confirm with your cruise company, you'll be able to disembark to meet your driver, at the requested pick-up time. In the very rare event you'll not be able to recognize your driver please call us at +39 333 8424047.Remember if you leave without having been in touch with us it will be considered and charged as a“NO-SHOW”.

Please note: it is not possible to change the pick-up time, less than 24 hours prior departure time, when your driver has been dispatched
