Until further notice, access to our services will be permitted only to those with a Reinforced Green Pass COVID-19 Certificate or equivalent certificate for non-EU countries.

Reinforced Green Pass refers exclusively to a certificate, verifiable using the specific App. that attests to vaccination against Sars-Cov-2 or recovery from Sars-Cov-2.

Equivalent certificate for non-EU countries are exclusively certifications of vaccination issued by the competent foreign national health authorities, provided that the vaccine used has been authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) or is in any case recognized as valid by the Italian Health Authority.

These certificates must contain the following information:identifications data of the holder (name, surname, birth date)vaccine data (name and batch)date of administration of the vaccine details of the State and Health Authority that issued the certificate.

These certificates must be drawn up in at least one of the following languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French or German.

No other certification, of any kind or nature, is permittedIn addition to showing the certificate in digital or paper format, the company staff may also request the visitor’s ID, in order to verify actual ownership.

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS AT LA SPEZIA PORT:  Due to security reasons all of the private drivers are not allowed to enter the restricted area, and meet you on the pier, close to the ship gangway as we normally do, in the other Italian ports. So as soon as you disembark, you have to catch one of the free shuttle buses, waiting for cruisers, right in front of the ship. The ride is very short approx. 2 minutes (this is just to bring cruisers outside of the restricted area). Your driver will be waiting for you where the shuttle will drop you off, holding a sign with your name on it. In the very rare event you'll not be able to recognize your driver please call us at +39 055286059. Remember if you leave without having been in touch with us it will be considered and charged as a“NO-SHOW”.
